
The monarchs landed at Sydney international Airport, in Mascot, after 8:30 pm AEDT. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and his partner Jodie Haydon, Governor-
General Sam Mostyn, NSW Governor Margret Beazley, and NSW Premier Chris Minns were all ready at their arrival.
In honor of the King and Queen’s arrival, Sydney Opera House projected the images of members of the royal family visiting Australia.
A 12-year-old boy, ky, presented the Queen with a posy of flowers and shook hands with the King.
Both, the King and Queen, avoided interaction with the media as they arrived in Sydney, however, they posted online about the tour.
“A warm welcome back to Australia. Their Majesties have a deep regard for Australia, and this visit will be an opportunity to showcase the very best of our modern and dynamic nation. Over the next few days, King Charles and Queen Camilla will meet with Australians at events in Sydney and Canberra.
